Small natural phenomenon (and completely normal)
Since SPECULAAS is made without palm oil and with a minimum of ultra-processed ingredients, a slight separation of the oil may occur over time. Small white pearls may also form: it's simply the fat improvising a little solo.
Nothing to worry about: a quick stir with a spoon, and the texture becomes perfectly creamy again.
You can store the jar in the refrigerator to limit this phenomenon... but honestly, this jar usually has a fairly short lifespan.
